In Spanish the questions are written with two question marks like this ¿....?

How do you say birthday wishes?
The exclamation marks, as the question marks are always two: ¡...!

Lucia: ¿Tienen invitaciones para la fiesta de cumpleaños? Do they have invitations for the birthday party?
Kristina: Sí. Yes.
Lucia: ¿Habrá comida y música? Will there be food and music?
Kristina: Claro que sí. Of course.
Lucia: ¡Que bien! Good!
