How to talk about yourself in German
Below, I will teach you how to speak about your name, age and origin in German.
In English you use "you" both for formal and informal situations. In German, the phrases differ depending on who you are speaking to!
"What's your name?" in German
One of the first things you do while meeting a new person is asking for the name:
