Declension of adjectives of nationalities

Adjectives have to be declined according to the gender and number of the noun they refer to.

Almost all nationalities follow the following declension rules: 

Foreign languages in Italian (English, Spanish, French)

It's important to be able to say what language you speak in Italian.
You'll notice that they look like the corresponding adjectives, in most of the cases.

Cardinal directions (north, south,...)

(Hi everyone! My name is Andrea and I come from Italy. Italy is in the south of Europe.)
Qualche anno fa sono andato in Erasmus nel Regno Unito, e lì ho conosciuto dei ragazzi spagnoli, francesi, giapponesi e russi.
(A few years ago I went on Erasmus in Great Britain and there I met some Spanish, French, Japanese and Russian guys.)
