Some Turkish adverbs are formed by adding the suffix ‘-ce’ or '-ca' suffixes to the adjective.
When the word ends with one of the letters “ f, s, t, k, ç, ş, h, p” the suffix –ce changes with the -çe and when the word's last vowel is one of the letters 'a, ı , o , u' the suffix -ce changes with the -ca.
